3sixteen CS-220xk - Classic Straight Rinsed Black Kibata
Working with Yoshiwa Mills out of Okayama, 3sixteen have developed a double black version of their popular Kibata denim. Like its indigo brother, the 220xk fabric arrives fully loom state, full of beautiful texture, and is rinsed to remove shrinkage, taking the guess work out of sizing, and pushes the uneven character of the denim even further. Woven with a black warp and weft, the fabric starts super dark and fades to grey over time, emphasized by the fabric's raised texture.
The 3sixteen CS is their Classic Straight fit, which is their take on a vintage straight leg fit. This cut sits higher with a roomy top block and a slight taper below the knee for a more open fit.
